Easy to find the right part for my car using the number plate look-up. Ordering was simple with plenty of options. Part arrived promptly - can't fault

I was conscious with the delivery times but actually 6 days and it was here. All parts seem good quality.
I have one gripe. Why send me 9 black control arms and one silver lol. That's going to drive me mental. I'm probably going to have to spray it before installing. Overall pleased with the service

I've used auto Dock a few times now and find there products to be good quality and delivery time considering where they are is very good

Beware scam website and app... selected, ordered and paid via paypal for goods... after 3 days I enquired as the order was reported as being processed.
Company rep claimed I hadn't paid and after being shown the paypal receipt said they couldn't refund because they hadn't been paid...now trying to reclaim through paypal. Fraudulent so avoid.

Delivery costs are massive and delivery time is too long when needing a part urgently!

Was able to confirm if the part being ordered was the correct part for my vehicle. The order was delivered on time.

Very good price for a quality part, and dispatched in good time. But hugely let down by your courier, Evri. I was a courier for over 20 years and there’s no excuse for a next day parcel with 28/01/23 on it, being delivered on 04/02/23. A company is only as good as it’s courier, and Evri are no good. Guys, change your courier, they’re letting you down.

Almost always the Cheapest Good Quality Parts on the Internet but delivery is (10 Days Plus)...! Also they substitute your ordered parts for other brands without telling you..!

The URL says .co.uk, making you think you're ordering from the UK.

It also says nothing clearly about shipping times other than it will be despatched in 1 to 2 days (why does that take so long anyway?) making you think it's a UK courier and you can expect it within 2 or 3 days.

It's only AFTER you place your order and phone them to chase it up that they admit it's coming from Germany and takes about 10 days to arrive.

This has wasted so much of my time for something i desperately need. If I knew about the delivery times beforehand, I could've made alternate arrangements. I notice a lot of the reviews mention several other issues, so i'm not even confident in receiving it ok any more, but they won't let me cancel it now.

I ordered fuel feed unit for my Skoda car and I was told that the origin is Germany. I received the item quickly but I have the following comments:
-unhappy with the quality. I don't think it is German made, also there is no proof (on the item) regarding the origin.
-part of the item is broken and the workshop recommended not to install it.
I will request return.

Mostly the order I received were returns and were already manipulated and packaging damage and the delivery box very beaten . very bad for this company, I pay for new and receive in this state, unfortunately it's not the first time it's happened.

I received brake pistons that do not fit my car at all. There is no return or any help from this store. Some robot replies in e-mails about wanting pictures and so several times, of course I sent pictures but still the virtual agent replies. This is the second problem with this company. The first time I bought a water pump that should have seals as described, but there were none. This is some German or Polish company that does not know the standards of service in the UK at all. They only have a phone number and a fictitious address in the UK. You wait 3-4 weeks for your order because it comes from abroad. I do not recommend this is a dangerous company.

Like others I was drawn in by the very keen prices so I thought I would give them a small order to try. But like others I feel let down and frustrated, placed order Friday and here we are Tuesday and still showing "The goods have been transferred to the dispatch warehouse"! What shoddy service,why do they drag their feet like this, my usual supplier delivers next day if ordered before 3:30 for a small fee. Coming from Germany I expect a little longer but they should dispatch faster to compensate!

Auto doc are too slow,I paid for goods 7 days ago and evri are just as bad, would not buy anything from auto doc again,and would not use evri for post,sparto are the place to get your help from and it's at your house in days
